What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we receive the details you type in: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your address and whatever you put in the message. We collect nothing else about you.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean replying with questions, setting up your buyer map, or continuing a conversation you started. We do not add you to any list, and we do not use your details to market anything else to you.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to twelve months so we have a record of the conversation, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Only the people at Direct Leads who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The fonts load from a public font service, which receives the basic technical request any web page makes.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it or delete it. Write to chloe.langley@directleads.co, or send a note through the contact form. If you want us to stop contacting you, reply stop to any message from us and we will.
